I, [Participant's Name], understand and acknowledge that I will be participating in the virtual show titled "Marie Antoinette and the Time Travelers" ("the Show") on the scheduled date. I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Delays and Technical Difficulties: I understand that despite best efforts, there may be unforeseen technical difficulties that could potentially cause delays or interruptions during the Show. I acknowledge that any such delays or technical difficulties will not result in the cancellation of the Show. If necessary, the Show may be rescheduled to a later date to ensure a seamless experience for all participants. I agree to be flexible and accommodating in such situations.
2. Assumption of Risk: I am fully aware that participating in the Show may involve certain risks, including but not limited to technical glitches, internet connectivity issues, or other unforeseen circumstances that could impact the virtual experience. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation in the Show.
3. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the organizers, performers, hosts, and any affiliated individuals or entities involved in the production of "Marie Antoinette and the Time Travelers" Show from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, actions, or causes of action, whether now known or hereafter arising, related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm that may occur during or as a result of my participation in the Show, including any technical difficulties or rescheduling of the event.
4. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, performers, hosts, and any affiliated individuals or entities involved in the production of the Show from any claims, actions, damages, or liabilities, including legal fees, arising from my participation in the Show or any breach of this agreement.
5. Governing Law: This liability waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Oregon, USA.
By participating in the "Marie Antoinette and the Time Travelers" Show, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.

1. Ticket Sales:
- All tickets for the beta show are final and non-refundable. No exceptions will be made.
- Ticket purchases are limited to individuals who meet the age restrictions and any other specified requirements.
2. Technical Difficulties:
- In the event of technical difficulties that prevent the smooth continuation of the show, the organizers reserve the right to reschedule the show to a later date. Participants will be notified of any changes via the provided contact information.
3. Code of Conduct:
- Harassing language, including but not limited to bullying, discrimination, or cruelty, will not be tolerated. Participants engaging in such behavior may be subject to immediate expulsion from the event without refund.
- Cameras are required to be turned on during the Q&A session. Participants who do not comply may have their chat privileges disabled.
- Any inappropriate videos shared by participants during the event will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
4. Intellectual Property:
- The content presented during the "Marie Antoinette and the Time Travelers" show, including videos, images, and materials, is protected by intellectual property rights. Participants are prohibited from recording, reproducing, or sharing any part of the show without prior written consent from the organizers.
5. Liability:
- The organizers, performers, hosts, and any affiliated individuals or entities involved in the production of the show shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or harm incurred during the event.
- Participants are responsible for their own internet connectivity, technical setup, and equipment required to participate in the show.
6. Cancellation Policy:
- The organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify the event for any reason, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or insufficient ticket sales. In the event of cancellation, participants will be notified, and a refund may be issued at the organizers' discretion.
7. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Oregon, USA.
8. Video Release Permissions:
• By participating in the “Marie Antoinette and the Time Travelers” show, I grant the organizers and their affiliates the right to record, film, photograph, or otherwise capture my likeness, voice, and participation during the event.
• I understand and agree that the organizers have the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display these recordings, images, or materials for promotional or any other lawful purposes.
By purchasing a ticket and participating in the "Marie Antoinette and the Time Travelers" show, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.
